Here are the top 3 new features coming to AchieveCE in 2021:
ACPE Accreditation
In October 2020, AchieveCE submitted its application to be a Continuing Education Provider to the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). ACPE is the sole accreditation agency that recognizes quality providers of continuing pharmacy education.
ACPE’s accreditation program is designed to standardize and advance the quality of continuing pharmacy education programs in the United States. With ACPE-approved CPEs, pharmacists, pharmacy regulating agencies, and other pharmacy stakeholders are provided with a dependable basis for selecting accredited CE experiences.
Accredited CPE programs are also periodically evaluated in comprehensive review and monitoring activities, so improvement to CE content and delivery are continuously improved and strengthened.
AchieveCE is set to receive its accreditation in March 2021. With an ACPE accreditation, AchieveCE is poised to deliver quality continuing pharmacy education to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in all 50 states of America.
Introducing Live Webinars
AchieveCE aired its first webinar last December 2020 with a course on Pharma”knowledgy”: Patient Care Points, a Florida Board-approved CE presented by Professor Pete Kreckel. Due to the demand for a live webinar, the first airing was quickly followed by two more broadcasts before the year ended.
Starting March 2021, in time for its ACPE accreditation, AchieveCE is planning to expand its course library by offering weekly live webinars. Most of the live webinars we offer will be focused on pharmacy and its areas of specialty.
AchieveCE Membership Features for Pharmacy
Because of its national accreditation to provide continuing education programs to pharmacy and pharmacy technicians, AchieveCE will also feature a new membership option for pharmacy professionals by February 2021. This new membership option will allow pharmacy professionals access to all of our pharmacy courses, both live and non-live, for one low annual cost.
Aside from full library access, AchieveCE memberships also offer special perks, such as special discounts in hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. A portion of the membership fee is also donated to a charity of the member’s choice. AchieveCE has pre-selected 12 different charities that are near and dear to the hearts of medical professionals in the country.
