Under the California Code of Regulations Title 16, §1005, Minimum Standards for Infection Control, all dental health care professionals are required to follow certain standards to prevent infection. These minimum precautions are meant to keep both dental professionals and patients safe. Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this continuing education activity, the participant will be able to:

  2. Identify and utilize standard infection control precautions in daily practice, including:
